Belinda is Going To be on Dancing With the Stars

I was and still am a big fan of the Go-Go's and Belinda Carlisle. What can I say. I am still stuck in the 80's. I last saw the Go-Go's perform in 2003 and Last saw Belinda perform in 2005.
Premiere of Dancing With the Stars is March 9th

I'm a child of the 80's...so I can appreciate Belinda Carlisle. And it's too true what she had to say about Britney Spears. Thanks for your comment on my blog. Give the recipe a try, the apple juice gives it a slightly different taste but definitely keeps it from being bland!

Christy Look at the bottom youtube video- The girls are younger than you are now. I think Belinda and Jane are only about 21 or 22 in the video. Jane looks especially young. The bottom Our lips our Sealed is from a surprise concert they did at a High School in California circa 1981. I was in 11th grade in '81. I would have been the age of the kids in that audience. That is my generation.

Hi, Deeny! I found you at CIAL. I'm just starting on my journey to Catholicism. I was born and raised a Presbyterian. I noticed you were received in full Communion in November and your husband in July. Did you go through RCIA? I'm just curious. I'm not trying to get out of RCIA, I was just curious if you were treated differently since you were a baptized Christian already.

I'm really enjoying getting to know you. It's nice to "meet" former Protestants who've embraced the Church.

Sincerely,
Marie

Hi Jenny / Marie my email is deenyflowers@gmail.com

I would love to talk with you, send me an email.

The length of the RCIA process can/ does vary for Baptized Christians but it is ultimately up to the Deacon or Priest that is running the RCIA program. At our church it is a year round program, so it also depends on when you come into the program. The first part is called inquiry which is informal,Just q and a. People do come and go, The second part of RCIA (don't quote me on this) - is discernment. It also depends on how often they do confirmation. All new non-baptized Christians and are baptized and Confirmed at the Easter Vigil and for non-baptized Christians it can be 1 1/2 years to 2 year process. For Christians that were baptized in other Christian faiths they may have confirmation at other times of the year. My husband's RCIA was about 6 months which at least at my Parish was considered very short.
